MSE 300 Series Modules
Mission Solar Energy is the first commercial manufacturer of N-type solar cells and modules in the United States. Their MSE 300 Series Module features world-class N-type cell technology that makes it ideal for utility and commercial projects. It has been discovered that N-type solar cells are immune to LID because of the absence of the boron-oxygen defect. Also, N-type solar cells are less prone to metallic impurities of the silicon.
